Barrel Type:
1. Plating barrel, 67HRC-71HRC
2. Chemical material plating barrel, corrosive medium is difficult to invade, it's suitable for oilwells which have more corrosive medium.
Spray plunger:
1. HRC is greater than 53.
2. The spray surface is solidly combined with pump bodies.
Valve Type:
1.Stainless steel valve seat and ball, with competitive price.
2.Stellite valve seat and ball, high hardness, corrosion-resisting.
To assemble the pump, both the barrel assembly and the standing valve assembly can be mounted and connected to the tubing on the ground. Once connected, they are then run into the well. Next, the plunger assembly is connected to the lower end of the sucker-rod, and both are run into the pump. This sequential process ensures that all components are securely in place and ready for operation within the well.
Tubing pump has the characteristics as large flow rate, tight and sound structure.
Standing valve has two types: non-pullable and pullable. The pullable standing valve tubing pump has cup type and mechanical type.
